Mitchell started drumming at a young age. In high school Mitchell performed with many musicians and formed bands mainly within the progressive rock genre, and various forms of metal. After moving out west in the early 2000s he began to broaden his horizons and musical styles, later joining a Vancouver-based band he gained the opportunity to tour the UK and play on full length albums.
Now located back in the Durham Region, Mitchell keeps himself busy doing session work with local artists as well as performing live. Having experience within many styles of music, Mitchell enjoys the challenge of bringing the student to a place where they can thrive and feel the same excitement towards the instrument in which he does.
Mitchell's rate is $30 per half hour lesson.
